  Called them for an insurance quote on August 2nd, 2016 -- house and two cars. Answered a bunch of questions, as usual. All seemed well and was told I'd get a call back the NEXT DAY once some numbers were run.
  
  Low and behold, I didn't get a call back. I guess they have enough clients, so I wouldn't waste your time calling them. Either that, or they are super disorganized and cannot keep track of whom they speak to. If that is the case, it is indicative of their quality and I'd steer clear.
