    Awful experience. Was dropping my car off for an oil change and the staff was helping 2 customers. There were 3 guys there but one of the 3 was busy telling the staff what to do while the others stumbled through the computers.
    I waited in line for 15 minutes. After they finished with their customers, they finished up their paperwork but couldn't even muster a "be right with you". When i was being dealt with the man was incredibly blunt and unpleasant with me. Terrible customer service. I never even leave reviews at businesses but this experience led me to reactivating an old account just to post this..

    Went in to get a new wiper blade as my driver side blade was not working properly. Bought a new one for $25 and realized I am useless and don't know how to install it due to clips and other odd pieces in the box. I parked in front of the auto center doors and ran in to ask if someone could quickly come out and change it for me. The guy at the desk wasn't very friendly and said they charge $5 per blade to replace. I thought that was odd as other tire establishments have plugged holes in my tires FOR FREE and this was just a quick 1 minute switch. I agreed and paid the $5 and one HOUR later they had it replaced.

    I did not have a satisfactory experience during this visit Canadian Tire. I was looking 4 the bike rack that has pulleys that you attach it to the ceiling of your garage. The gentleman in the bicycle Department sent me to the hardware department there was nobody in the hardware department so I went to customer service the young ladies at the customer service for having a good time could not figure out what I was looking for so-called a few staff over the phone and no one came.

    Finally someone answered the phone and they said oh yeah I'm over in aisle 59 send them over so I went out 59 and nobody was there so I looked everywhere and eventually ran out of time and had to leave.

    This runaround prevented me from getting the other item that I had come to pick up mainly a dehumidifier

    It is unfortunate that such a lovely store had nobody working in it that could be of service to customers as I saw other customers. Walking around with their mouths open looking four items in your store
